Chapter 13 - Using a colution; testing, evaluating and maintaining
A test plan sets out the various types of formal tests to be performed on the new system. Maintenance is any modification to a system that makes minor improvements or enables the system to continue working at its current level. Ethical issues concern what is right and wrong. Social issues affect the way we live and work in our environment. People-centered systems are designed so that the system fits the users' needs. In a mchine-centered system the user is there to serve the needs of the system. Multi-skilling means workds become skilled in a number of different jobs.
